Unhappy customer

Why am I being charged for Netflix premium? My contract with you is free basic Netflix. I had this problem Bedouin 14/10/24 and it was sorted out. Now it's happened again?????

You are talking to other Sky customers here and not to Sky support.

 

If it has happened before then you will either need to do as before and contact Sky or put in a complaint:
