Mobile Number Hacked!

My mobile (not a sky one) has been hacked.  I have a new number but for some reason my account details will not come up to change the number with my new one!  I have asked the bot chat - it says open up 'MySky' app and visit account details and edit.  All is there is my name, nothing else!   Please help!
