Hi, I have been paying for Sky wifi since August, having been billed £103 so far. However, in all of that time, I have not had my WiFi activated. Since the day the broadband box had arrived, the WiFi did not turn on. I had assumed that the issue was the fault of my master socket, and had contacted my landlord for help but did not receive any support. When I had contacted Sky, an engineer replaced my master socket and then realised that the socket was not the issue. Another engineer from OpenReach arrived to my property today and finally fixed the WiFi after paying for it for months.
I am asking whether it is possible to have my previous payments refunded or reimbursed. I have not used the broadband as it was never activated in the months I have been paying. Thank you.
