Unauthorised Payments Taken on my account 3 months after closing my account and returning equipment

I cancelled my subscription in July, sent back my equipment which Sky acknowledged receipt of on 28th August. on 6th October Sky started taking payments again and I have since been contacted by Netflix to say I get that service free through Sky. A further payment was taken on 6th November.

 

It's as though I never cancelled my service and am now being billed for a service that I do not receive.

 

How do I stop this and how do I get my money back.

You'll need to ring Sky. We are just fellow customers on this forum and have no access to your account.

It was Sky who sent me here to get the answer! They do anything and everything to avoid speaking with customers or resolving their issues!
