Says no access when trying to open my bills or account information. Anyone know what to do it's been like that since I first got sky a month ago and everything is paid + first bill

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi, I have the same problem where when I try to view my bill in the Sky app it just says "this page is restricted" with a warning triangle and I can't get anywhere from there. Please can you help with the chat function?

@caesarome That's disappointing! Calling always takes ages with getting through the options system etc. I wonder why the messaging service isn't available in my case?

It isn't just in your case but in anyone's case who has these issues as it is something to do with your Sky ID and apparently the messaging team can't help with this.
