I can't get through on phone as it says bill not paid even though I'm due a refund. I have an open complaint still services have been cancelled can someone contact me to refund

This is a customer helps customer based forum. I’m afraid you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services on here. If your services are restricted that explains why you can't get through. You need to pay what Sky say you owe, set up a new continuous payment method then you'll be able to discuss your issue with Sky and any overpayment or refund due can be sorted.

Can you clarify the background to this? If you've cancelled, has a direct debit or card payment failed?
