Unable to see ring walk or undercard fights

Hi

i I purchased the Eubank Jr Vs Benn Fight having just got back home in time for Eubanks ring walk with the belief that I would be able to watch the whole thing from the start the following day or once the fight had concluded. I've not done many PPV fights and to my surprise I can only watch from the moment I purchased it? Surely this isn't right? it may be worth noting that straight after the post match fight it said there was an error and just showed the fighters and played some random music ... any help?

Unless the event is being repeated today so you can view the whole thing again I'm not sure what more can be done now for you.

What device are you using, Sky Q, Glass or Stream ?

I set it to record on the repeat the next morning but it literally just showed from when I bought it.
