Incorrect bill after switching to Sky Stream
Hi community,
Looking for advice from people who have switched to Sky Glass / Sky Stream.
I just received my Glass today and have got it all set up, and I went to look a the Bill in My Sky - to find that there are extra items on there that had not been discussed, as well as the main package being listed for double what I was told on the phone! THe total extra comes to £21 per month more than I had agreed to (in addition, I appear to have dropped to Netflix with Ads despite specifically requesting that I keep the ad free version, which looks to be costing me an extra £6.50 as well)
Obviously this completely changes the price equation that encouraged me to switch from Sky Q!
Could this be a glitch that "works itself out"? I would appreciate if anyone else had experienced similar billing issues with switching that could put my mind at ease.

Re: Incorrect bill after switching to Sky Stream
Netflix standard with ads is what is included with a Sky package and it has been for several months now, upgrading to Netflix standards or Netflix premium can be done but will cost more on top of the monthly Sky Tv subscription.
It's worth checking the billing dates as it's likely the first bill under the new product will be for a longer period. A key thing to remember is Sky billing is a month in advance so when there is a change to a subscription for a new contract it can cause the first bill or two to be more than expected .

Re: Incorrect bill after switching to Sky Stream
As an update - I called Sky and they had no note of the price I had agreed on the call, so they are reviewing the call recording to see what happened and will then get back to me.
