Unable to reinstate subscription

I have paid everything first thing this morning, but keep getting an error when i try to reinstate? Any ideas before i through the tv out the window?

If your services were restricted then as well as paying what you owe you will also need to set up a continuous payment method on your account like a direct debit or a credit or debit card before your services will e restored.

@c0358482  And if you were more than two weeks late paying then Sky will also want next month's payment as well before restoring services
