I bought Sky ultra broadband package the other day, I attempted to go through the process online to receive a £70.00 voucher which says 'online only offer'. However reaching the final stages where I needed to book a date for the engineer it would crash everytime and the page would say try again later. I tried multiple times with same issue. Eventually I rang and bought the same package online for the same price, I think the issue was that there was no engineers avaible so it was struggling to find a date, so now I have to wait to until the 8th of Feb with no internet and no voucher? Is there anything that can be done as one of the buying factors was the gift voucher!
