Hi all,
Logged in today to see my bill was overdue (due today) so made a manual payment as Sky didn't attempt an automatic one.
Just checked my banking app, and it looks like Sky attempted the payment tonight, even though I manually paid the bill earlier.
Now the bill has two payments, and is in credit. Can this be refunded?

Sky doesn't take payments on a Saturday/Sunday or a bank holiday so if today was your billing date then tomorrow will be the earliest that it is taken so as you haven't a payment method setup (direct debit ?) then there should never be the need to make any payments even if it says it is overdue. Should the payment fail for any reason then with a direct debit Sky will try to take it again 10 days later.
To get you some help with this refund I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
