My broadband and Sky Q have two different account numbers and Sky ID So when I log into my account I can only see my broadband. I can't see my sky Q at all I just know i'm getting emails regarding my bill. I want to combine them so I can see both of my packages on the same account however I am aware you can't change the account number I just want to merge them so they are under the same sky id.

@Ella293 You could call sky and ask to speak to the sky id team and see if they can do anything but afaik the chances are remote
