Trying to talk to a human! Impossible!!!

Trying to talk to someone.

Have letter saying return equipment by 7th Jan but am getting texts saying they are fining me. Need to know what 2 x Stream Puck even is as I have lots of equipment to send back. Every time I call they say my services are restricted so set up a direct debit before talking to them. I left Sky 4 months ago but have 1 simple question.

This incompetence is why I left Sky!

Tried many numbers!

@ColinBird Here is the link, did the general one as you said you were not sure what was all involved. But treat it all as return the equipment!

Sounds like Sky still have you as owing them payment(s). That will prevent you from speaking to them until you've settled the bill.

You need to return equipment from whatever services you cancelled so as Sky have asked you for 2 Stream pucks then this will have been those your were using when you had a Sky TV subscription.
