moved home

My wife and I have spl;it up but i couldn't take the sky equipment as my children use it but its in my name. I need to transfer the account to my wife and arrange one for myself. I have been with sky for 5 years and i dont want to lose the benefits. what can i do

You can't transfer it. You need to cancel the account if you're not in a minimum term deal, return all loaned equipment, then your ex can open a subscription in their own name and so can you.

Alternatively, arrange a Sky Home Move and move your current subscription to your new address then when that's completed your ex can start another subscription.

With either choice you are responsible for the return of the loaned equipment of take it with you during a Home Move. .
