Trying to pay my bill using the credit in my account but I cannot work out how to do it?

I am stuck with this as I cannot find an option to let me pay my bill using my credit and cannot get through to an advisor on the phone either, any help would be gladly appreciated.

If you have a credit on your account and that Sky takes your bill from you each month via a credit/debit card or a direct debit then you should not need to make a manual payment yourself.

If there's credit on your account at the time your bill is generated (two weeks before your chosen payment date) it will automatically be used to reduce or negate your bill.

Sky advisers can't manually apply any credit against a bill, but can usually repay the credit to your bank account if you request it.

You can find the number via the 'need more help' link at the bottom of the page here: https://www.sky.com/help/home

@BRAINWORMS
If you definitely need to contact Sky, then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum.

We’ve been informed the lines are busier than usual at the moment and that’s likely to be worse over the Christmas and New Year period. We have also been informed the phone lines will be open:

Christmas Eve ~ 0900 til 1800
Christmas Day ~ 0900 til 1800
Boxing Day ~ 0800 til 2000
New Years Eve ~ 0900 til 1800
New Years Day ~ 0800 til 2100
Other days will be normal hours.

INFORMATION FOR SKY+ USERS: From 29th October 2024 you will no longer be able to pair your viewing card to a Sky+/Sky+HD box that the card is not already paired to, so if your Sky box fails you can’t replace it and you'll need to move to either Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to access Sky content
