Hi,
I left Sky after only three days of Sky Stream, just can't get on with it. Anyway Sky took a full month am Im in credit by £23.48 but it is proving impossible to get a refund.
Agents have told me their system won't let them refund and it will be sent to the back office to do and will take 72 hours. I have heard this story three times now.
What do I need to do to get my refund please?
