Hey, I'm currently charged at £79 for my sky tv box despite them contacting me one morning describing how it's only £15 per month because I've been with sky for 6+ years suddenly it was £28 for each month hence the £79 cost.Now my issue with this is that during this time my sky box wasn't working,since a wire was missing and my remote control was wrong I contacted them several times and this issue was never resolved.And they've not been helpful I also know that if they check the box usage it will show it's never been used before.What can I do ?

If Sky called you then most likely it was a scam call intended to obtain account information &/or bank/card details.
