I swapped my Sky TV package and get Paramount+ as part of the package. Previously I paid separatey for it. I couldn't access the new account and tried several attempts (QR Code, App Link etc) and ended up on the phone to 3 people in Sky Cust Services. Not moaning about that, they were trying to sort the issue. BUT, apparently I now have to set up a new email account and password as my current email address (a Sky.com account I've had for some time) isn't accepted and there is a Sky / Yahoo issue. Not only do I need to set it up and use it for Paramount+ account, but for my Sky ID as well. Anyone else been told this????? It's a real pain - and the joke is I've used the old details on here and it's been OK.
