I am trying to change my email address on file. From one gmail to another.
But I am just getting an error message when I click on EDIT EMAIL ADDRESS.

Any ideas?

Are you trying to do this here:

If so you will need to call Sky if the website is playing up.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

https://www.sky.com/help/home
