I tried to order Sky Glass today. Everything went fine, right up to the end. After taking the initial payment, I got an error screen saying there was a technical issue. Now I can't access the MySky app or the website. I keep getting an error on the website saying my account is restricted,and on the app it's saying my account is not authorised to access the app. There are also no in progress orders on my account when I check on my SkyQ box.

For the restricted message to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
