Transfer the account to my name

To change or transfer to my name the sky acct. because its in my X husband name.

Sky don't allow for such changes. Your ex woukd have to cancel the subscription, return all loaned equipment, then you take out a subscription in your own name.

But the lady that I talked told me not to cancel it because have charge. So she advised me to call to the number, to connect me in Wing back team.. not sure.. but its so hard bcoz sent to me only text messages. What I need to do?

If the account is in you ex's name you cannot cancel. Only the account holder can cancel.

Your ex may not be able to cancel at the moment if still in a minimum term deal.
