I've received a text after getting a strange call where the person got my internet provider wrong and was generally acting strange. The text reads:
"Hi it's Openreach. We have. received your order from Sky and will be installing your Full Fibre...etc"
It's asking me to confirm the appointment, when that has already been confirmed on the phone. Something feels off, but is this a legitimate message?
