Hi, my bill was meant to come out on 1/3/23 but failed. I just made a payment of £37:80 so now my account is saying my credit is £74.88 and my estimated total is -£0.72
what does this mean and will I still be billed the £74.88 on the 10th when it said it would retry

Find out moreIf it is saying you have a credit of £74.88 then this is the amount you are in credit by as you didn't need to make the manual payment as you did especially if your bill is usually taken by a direct debit as Sky will always try again 10 days after it failed the first time.
You will be billed again on the 10th so when that happens post back on here if you want the credit refunded as Sky's Messaging team on here will be able to sort this out for you.
