Incorrect bill

Hi community 

 

I recently downgraded my package and was told that April's bill and bills thereafter would be £61.50 I've checked on Mysky and they are all showing as £104?

@Darbz2019 When you say recently, how long exactly as billing takes awhile to update

@Darbz2019  Have you taken into account the April price increase 

 

any deal you made last week probably won't have included it

 

you may need to query it directly with sky again

Thank you @SKY1992bf I was told that it included the price increase from April so will ring tjem again
