We called sky end of May to cancel our sky subscription after over 15 years of being with thrm. We were told we owed NOTHING and our services would go off 26th June. All went ahead as planned.
Yet today, 12th August, we received a letter stating if we don't pay £95.88 today our services will be restricted?? How can our services that we don't have be restricted? And the £95.88 is what would have been 2 months payments!!
We owe NOTHING, and we are also STILL waiting for packaging to send the box back to them, which is on them, not us .

Return packaging not arriving doesn't stop you returning it. You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Did you receive email confirmation your services were cancelled? Did you cancel your direct debit at all after the call?
When you cancel Sky bill you to the next billing date even if the service ended then any overpayment is refunded.
