Cheque refund from sky.

I was chatting with sky Ireland about acheque they were to reissue.  To date I am none the 2iser as to what is happening.  I just need confirmation  as to what's happening

As customers here, same as you, we don't know either, I'm afraid. You would need to speak directly to Sky again.

The issuing of a cheque (no doubt because your original payment method had been closed) is done by a back office team.

I appreciate that you are not a sky employee and thank you for your time. I don't know how to get in touch with sky, this is the way I did it the last time and someone was able to connect me to a sky employee on live chat.
