To re issue expired cheque

I moved house and mail was forwarded to me containing a refund cheque from sky, which is out of date. Can I get another cheque issued

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

This probably happened because you didn't respond within the 48 hour timescale as per my post so do you want to try again and if so will you be able to respond within the 48 hours ?

It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

@Barry115 Cheques are usually valid for up to 6 months. If it was out of date by the time it was redirected to you, I'd raise a complaint with the organisation handling your redirection!

It was sent to my old address. It was by chance I got it at all. I need to get it reissued.

Is there a physical address for sky as I need to return a cheque.
