They took full payment but service is restricted!

So sky has took full payment and haven't reactivated mobile services.. They want me to call them yet the services are restricted.. I dont have anyone to call them..

Have you been behind with paying the bill because if you were and the bill has now been paid you will ahve to resetup your monthly payment method and you might be looking at Tuesday (due to the bank holiday) before the payment is processed by the banks and that your mobile service is restored.
