Ive cancelled all of my products but on my latest / last bill it looks like everything has been reduced to cover the period it should except the broadband which has still charged me a full month for!

Find out moreDo you see a credit on what will have been the following months bill, if not once the broadband has been cancelled you should see a credit appear that can then be refunded for yoh and help can be arranged for you via here so post back when you see this credit.

Its weird because on this months bill it shows Sky Superfast broadband for 6 days covering 28th July to 2nd August (which is cancellation day) but then it also shows Sky Superfast Broardband 25 days from 3rd August to 27th which is after cancellation. The bill was issued after we had cancelled everything so it should be right now.
Hopefully the next 'bill ' should be a credit

All future bills are showing £43. It looks like they havent cancelled everything correctly

about this to see if the broadband has been cancelled as sometimes billing for our services do continue right up to the day you leave but it isn't clear if this is what is happening or not.
