The bill money was not withdrawn from my card, and I put enough money and you did not take it, and you told me today that you were not able to take the money.

Did you change your payment card with Sky at any point? If so could it be that Sky have attempted the payment from a different card.
To get an accurate answer you will be best to call Sky.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

It is the same card, but today I changed it and paid the previous bill. Please confirm that the amount of £50 has been received.

You need to call Sky to confirm if your payment has been made.
