The Cloud wifi login

I couldn't see a place to ask this so I hope it's OK to ask here, or someone could direct me. My local coffee shop and various others I've been in use The Cloud wifi from Sky, which requires a login. With a new phone I've lost my password, and the forgot password link sends an email in which the reset password link is broken. I had a second login with another email address, but same problem with that. Short of setting up yet another email to try to set up another account does anyone know how to sort this out with Sky? I couldn't find a way to contact them directly. Thanks.

Hi @Luthin   The broadband community is probably the better place, but you will find an email address in the contact information https://www.sky.com/wifi

Ha, I've been seeing posts about the difficulties in contacting Sky, and when I sent an email to the wifi help address I got the auto-reply message, 'mailbox is full'.
