Text message scam?

Hi, I have received a message about a home installation upgrade, on the 9th jan. It says if you have a care like this is not possible, we do therefore i want to cancel this free upgrade. The message came through on whatsapp  and said to respond to cancel. However, i didn't want to respond if it was a scam
