The chat bubble - you then get connected to an advisor but be patient as they don't reply straight away and you don't get a notification they have replied! So log in a few times a day to check and respond

I am having same issue. Was offered £15 Tesco voucher for being missold the Netflix standard package and being told it would allow me to stream in 4k. Saw the offer appear in my sky which i accepted, and not heard or seen anything since

Tesco vouchers
Accepted the vouchers on the 9th and all it says is awaiting dispatch.
how long do this usually take?

I ended up complaining through their web form and the vouchers came within a few days of that - hope that works for you (although if Sky are reading this post, it would be good if people were just given the vouchers quickly and didn't have to complain in order to get them!)

Got offered one 4 days ago, still awaiting dispatch.
It's absolutely ridiculous.
Over the phone they just tell you to keep waiting.
