Tesco e-voucher Awaiting Dispatch

Hi

I was offered a £15 Tesco voucher as compensation for an issue I had. I received the link and clicked claim but now it just says Awaiting Dispatch, has anyone else had this? It's an e voucher so just assumed it would be sent automatically once I claimed it.

 

I have tried calling but got nowhere!

so any help appreciated

Another member posted the very same on here yesterday so you will just have to wait until it is dispatched as I'm not sure there is anyway you can speed this up.

Is there a resolution to this as I am having the same problem. I claimed on 10 June, it is still saying awaiting dispatch

I am also having the same issue with 2 £15 Tesco vouchers , rang them twice but still getting nowhere, so frustrating, i am loosing trust in ever receiving them .

Yes mine has said awaiting dispatch for at least a month! Surely it doesn't take this long?!!

I was offered a £15 Tesco voucher as compensation, and was told to expect it in about 10 minutes. Nothing ever arrived, so rang back and another customer service chap called Charles, said the voucher could take up to 5 days to arrive. Well it's now been 5 days, and still no voucher but Sky want to close my complaint. Charles said he would ring me back a week after we spoke, to check on my voucher so looking forward to telling him nothing has arrived.

Tesco Vouchers month later still waiting

it appears that no one has any luck with the compensation tesco vouchers. 

£10 voucher awaiting dispatch since the 18 June.

I'm the the same boat.  Claimed 18 June and still waiting for it to be dispatched.  Unacceptable.

I am having the same problem with this - was offered £15 Tesco voucher in compensation, 'claimed' the voucher immediately but it has never arrived and simply says 'awaiting dispatch'. Any help much appreciated - it's really frustrating!

I made a complaint about how long it's taking , as the advisor said they will collect data and review.  Which is unacceptable, so they ended up crediting my sky account with the voucher balance, which was taken off my next bill
