Account in credit after cancelling
I cancelled sky on 7th July my next bill is for 26 July - 25 August and services end 7th August the bill for 26 July - 25 August says it's in credit of £53.22 and states it will go towards future bills, all bills after say £0. Is this my final bill and does that mean that money will be refunded ?

Any credit can be refunded to you so was yesterday you last day with Sky or when you contacted them to give the required notice to cancel ?

It was when I contacted them to give them notice the end date is the 7th of next month

Once your services have been cancelled if you post back on here as we can arrange some help for your via Sky's messaging service to get the credit refunded to you.

One thing to note @Pipa if even though you have given notice to leave your billing will continue as usual so any overpayment will be added to the credit that will be refunded to you.

Hi my end date passed 8 days ago now and I'm in the proses of sending back the equipment. Can I start the process of a refund or will I have to wait

If you see a credit on your account then give Sky a call otherwise you will have to wait until the credit appears,
