TOTAL RIP OFF
I spoke to an agent to enquire about the price of sky signature sky sport and tnt she went away and came back and said £59.95 I asked if that also covered the full fibre broadband she said yes I asked how much in total would be taken from my bank in october she said £59.95, to my horror when tnt was not working and I had to contact them I was told that 59.95 was only for signature and sky sports to add tnt and broadband it would by 176 big difference someone from there specialist team listened to the call which was around 1 hour long and rang me back and said that what I said I was told was correct and because this had been said they would have to honour it, I have now been told it is going to be 117.96, I have cancelled my direct debit because I have asked 3 times for these to be added at the price I agreed to or cancelled nothing has been done they do not have a complaints department/manager what should I do

Reinstate your direct debit as nobody will help you if there is no payment method in place as that is the worst thing you can do then put in a complaint:

Re: TOTAL RIP OFF
I spent several hours on the phone yesterday and eventually got a call back the contract has been applied £59.95 monthly starting in October for 2 years with a promise of no increases within that time I am awaiting an email to confirm the conversation she is also looking at 3 free months compensation for the hassle and stress caused. Did you know you can pay by invoice over the phone they can not make you set up a direct debit

The contract you signed up to requires you to pay by direct debit or automatic monthly card payment.

It can't be paid by invoice as it's clearly stated in the T&C's what methods they use, so yes they can make you pay by direct debit or recuirring card payment, you've agreed to this by accepting their services.
If anyone has told you diffeent they are wrong.
