Swop problems

Your still charging me a month for a phone I have sent back for swop.

 

Why am I getting boxes sent you my address j sebt back a14 Samsung.  Andcreceuved my new phone wheres my amendment bill..

 

This is wrong all the time

When did you send the phone back as it can take a little while for the billing to stop against the phone unless it has not be paid off so there is still an outstanding amount to pay against it.
