Payment link for late payment doesn’t work

I lost my card so had to cancel it whilst abroad, and now my direct debit has been stopped as a result. I owe Sky £68 and I keep trying to access the pay now link but online it just keeps saying 'please wait' and never loads, and on the app I can input all my details and it goes through to the review stage but never loads so I can't confirm the payment. Any help?

There's no need for your direct debit to have been stopped because of a lost card. If Sky have asked for payment, and you can't make payment online, give them a call.

A lost and cancelled card shouldn't prevent a direct debit being taken as this is taken directly from your account so your card plays no part in it.
