Switching supplier but still get bill
I'm switching supplier that also uses Openreach. I was told that I do not need to contact Sky as they will do it. I still receive a bill for the next month. Can anyone help from Sky?

Yes, but you'll need to call. Have you received a 'sorry you're leaving us' letter from Sky?

Re: Switching supplier but still get bill
Hi Mark, yes I received an email last month saying 'We're sorry to hear you're leaving Sky Broadband and Talk.' but not sure if I got a letter, I'll need to check.

Re: Switching supplier but still get bill
If you've had confirmation of cancellation then it's likely to be tail-billing.
Bills are produced 14 days prior to billing date and are produced as normal until cessation date is passed (which means you can be charged for the whole next month too).
The next bill will generate a credit back to cessation.
The other provider cannot cancel any TV services if you are expecting them to be cancelled too.
