Switching credit request
I have tried sending an email to sky about a switch credit request and it won't send the email

Are you sending it to this email
address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap) ?

I have yeah and it just emails me back saying "failure notice,Sorry, we were unable to deliver your message to the following address." I've tried it 3 times and not sure why,I've added all the details I needed and attached the email of my previous internet as a pdf file of the cost of switching over

Does the error message contain any further info on why it is being rejected ?

I tried last night when I spoke to someone on the phone they said I can do it whenever I tried 3 times last night between 4pm-6pm and then tried again today 2 times and all saying the same thing

Have you made sure it is spelt out correctly and that there is no extra character or an extra dot in it ?
