Switchcredit
I switched to Sky from Talk in December/January.
I have written severally on getting back amount due me £170.88.
Every time I write, I get the same response, telling me do th3 exact thing I wrote on the mail.
' write a mail, attach a copy of final bill from old provider .
I do this every time I write .
I was also told in the mail to
' if required, you can post these to
Sky Broadband switch Credit, Firstsource road,Riverside road, Pride park, Derby
Do I have to do this when email cam work?
I am.not satisfied with this

Swotch credit applied if you previous supplier charged you an early termination fee and applies to TV and Broadband so as you have posted in the mobile forum
on here can you confirm what services you had with them and have with Sky ?

It was Broadband service. I switched from TalkTalk to Sky. I was charged £170.88 by TalkTalk as Ray termination charge. Sky promised.to.absorb any termination charge

What you need to do it to email a copy of the bill where you were charged the early termination fee and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid the bill to switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)
Once you have done this a credit will be applied to your account that will be used to pay your future bills.

Thay would suggest that what you're providing doesn't meet Sky's requirements.
