Complaints

There's no system to make a complaint by email.All my Sky was dropped for over 2 hrs and don't have the means to complain and I'm not wasting more time on the phone to them.. disgusting .

You don't say which Sky service(s) you are referring to, but nothing Sky offers has a guarantee of uninterrupted provision so complaining about a few hours of outage is frankly a bit of a stretch.
