Switch crefit

Can anyone help? I have recently switched broadband provider and have received my termination charge amount, but the bill does not contain my address which new provider requires in order to verify and pay my switcher credit. Literally impossible to contact Sky via all the usual platforms.

Can you not see the download option here:

 

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk

 

If you are using a mobile then you need to be in desktop mode before you can see it.

I believe the downloadable .pdf available through the account section of the Sky website has an address on it.

I have downloaded the email re the termination charge but no longer appear to have the option to download the ACTUAL bill as a pdf any more
