Switch credit

There no thanks to sky at the moment, I think I made a mistake by switching to Sky broadband and tv. I was promised a efund for the switch. After 30 emails to switch credit, providing last bill from BT, prove of payment. I was asked to send them pdf format . I had to subscribe to pdf app costing me £11.00 a month to convert the documents to pdf format., and you know what still no answer from them apart from automated answer requests the same thing over and over and over again

@Nasrfarag its worth pointing out that you don't get the money as a "refund" it will instead appear as credit on your Sky bill, up to £200 for a broadband switch and up to £100 for TV.

@Nasrfarag

That isn't down to Sky. Presumably that's a BT charge?

Sky should credit back up to £200 for broadband and up to £100 for TV. Please read below about Sky switching credit...

That was your choice as you did not have to subscribe to this as you could have downloaded your bill from BT in the PDF format.
