I have been on the phone for hours to sky customer support and get passed through to 6 different departments and no one can help me with an issue I have signing my new credit agreement for sky glass.
I have two separate sky accounts for some reason and I think this is the issue but the customer support team were useless.
It looks like it's a common issue, but i can't find a solution.
I've tried multiple devises and browsers. I've cleared my history and cookies but it still doesn't work.
Hoping someone can help. I have 20mins to sign my agreement or else my order will be cancelled.
I've already had 2 credit checks because they messed up my order first time round and I don't want to have a thrid as this will impact my credit history. Surely there must be an easier way to do this???

What is happening when you try access the agreement to sign ?

I just get a message saying try again later but this has been happening for 2 days now.

Sky have randomly set me up with two accounts. One has my mobile phone on and our TV package and the other has my wife's mobile phone and the same TV package. It looks like mine is the primary account. They don't know what's going on themselves when I called. I just got passes from department to department.
