I'm getting emails from Netflix saying that my payments aren't being processed - not sure if they're legit or not as they're asking me to input payment details (I haven't). Netflix is part of my Sky tv package & when I've checked my Sky account it says that my sky and broadband contracts have ended and I'm now on rolling monthly contracts. However, when I look at the subscriptions they're in place to May/August. I'm super confused. Could someone from sky contact me please?

I thought the "bundled" Netflix offer wasn't available on Sky + and was only ever available on Sky Q and the Sky streaming platform.
Calling Sky should be fairly easy, as you are a phone and broadband subscriber just dial 150.

Which Sky tv package do you have?

Thanks for letting me know. It's Sky +, it's a tv and broadband package. I'll try to find another way to contact them, thanks
