Paramount

I contacted sky several months ago to explain that paramount plus will not work on my tv after numerous calls and scanning qr codes etc nothing worked and eventually they said they would refund me the sub fee which they did off my next bill but since then I'm still being charged, no option to manage this online , all I want is get sky to stop taking 8.99 out my account every month can anyone help??
