Subscription increase

I have received a letter telling me of a cost increase for my subscription.

Within the letter it states that I’ll see services to me become even better.
I'm just wondering how the service will be better, can someone at Sky be more specific please.
You've made quite a claim there and I'm excited to see what improvements I can expect to see.
Thanks.

Re: Subscription increase

The service won't get better. If anything, it'll get worse. Eurosport: gone. Sky News: going. Sky Atlantic: no longer exclusive content.

You need to look at it through different lenses.

The Tv industry is changing and has been for some time so channel closures will always be a thing that continues. What Sky are likely referring to is that they will be able to provide improvements in the functionality and features they are able to provide in their streaming platforms (Stream/Glass OS, Sky Sports +, Sky Go).
