I have been a Sky customer for over 20 years, I have full subscription. Almost every month I am stopped from watching what I have paid for because of this "card pairing" **bleep**. Allthough I am a fully paid up subscriber. My viewing has been stopped with the message saying "card needs to be paired". This happens every month, usually at weekends. And when you try to get online help you get the message we are closed now but will be back on Monday morning. What good is Monday morning to me when I wish to view a football match on Saturday or Sunday. I am then forced to look for an illegal link to said match online. The service is a disgrace, and I have already decided to cancel the sports part of my plan. The movie part will be at the next "card pairing" happening. And the rest after that. Tomorrow I will remove the sports package from my plan.

The phone lines on Sundays should be open until later in the evening.

I have given up all hope, I will cancel the sports part of my sky package tomorrow and there is no going back on that. Service is total **bleep**.

Earlier in the year turned on to watch Manchester United V Liverpool, got the message your card needs to be paired. Had to look for an ilegal link. Same today wanted to watch United V Chelsea card needs to be paired. Cancelled from tomorrow.

I am paying for a service and when I need it it tells me you need to pair your card??? And that every 4 **bleep** weeks? Then you go to the so called quick fix site, and it does not work, no thanks no more sky sports for me.
