Hi
I've been trying to get through to sky by phone without any luck.
I have a payment of £52.50 needs paying tomorrow and I'm little short on funds right now until next Wednesday when I get paid.
Is it possible to get a payment extension/promise to pay without losing services, I live off my pension and put the wrong payment dates in when signing up

If you pay by a card payment then it might be that your services are suspended until you make a manual payment to clear this bill and set up the card payment again.
